Join Robin and Dr. Leesha Birdi (ND) for Rest, Reset & Rewire. A virtual workshop focused on the connection between stress, your nervous system, and sleep. You’ll learn practical, evidence-informed tools to help shift out of fight-or-flight and into rest-and-digest, so you can finally feel more rested and restored.
