In this short workshop Joanne will share some simple and effective Brain Gym movements to help calm those tired eyes and relax those tense shoulders. These are brain booster movements that help with focus and calm your nervous system. Joanne is a Licensed Brain Gym Instructor/Consultant and loves to share these helpful movements with others.
