Meet Siobhan Egan

Siobhan Egan is a recent graduate of the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. She also holds a degree in Kinesiology from the University of Guelph and a diploma in Fitness & Health Promotion from Humber College. As a personal trainer with over 10 years of experience in health and wellness, Siobhan brings a practical, supportive approach to fitness and habit-building that helps people feel confident and capable.

This workshop is held in person at Robin’s Nest Family Care. Choose the series time that works best for you:

Series 1: Sunday Afternoons (2:00 pm)

Dates: May 31, June 7, June 14, July 5, July 12

Series 2: Tuesday Evenings (5:30 pm)

Dates: June 2, June 16, June 23, July 7, July 14

Early bird pricing (until May 23): $220 for the 5-week series.

Sign up with a friend before May 17 and save an additional $20: $200 each.

After May 17, registration is $250
