Our Offering Includes:

Reception Services: Efficient handling of appointment bookings, client payments, waitlist management, and payment terminal fees—all included.

Software Access: Utilize company provided (JaneApp) software for email communication, online booking, electronic medical charting, scheduling, and billing.

Treatment Room Amenities: Enjoy a beautiful, fully furnished office space, including a treatment table, desk, chair, and computer.

Established Client Base: Benefit from an active client base already in place to help grow your practice.

Marketing Support: Leverage our marketing efforts to promote your services.

Flexible Schedule: Choose between full-time or part-time hours to accommodate your preferences.

Competitive Compensation: We offer a competitive rate with a 60/40 split of client billings. Rates and hours are negotiable for the right candidate.

Coaching: Access marketing and client-based customer care coaching offered by Corey and Robin, with intermittent professionals brought in to boost our team throughout the year.

Qualifications:

  • Current Certificate of Registration with CONO (College of Naturopaths of Ontario).
  • Demonstrated experience in assessing and treating patients.
  • Proactive marketing efforts to grow your practice (required), an existing client base is preferred.

Additional Requirements:

  • Registered with and in good standing with CONO.
  • A commitment to displaying compassion, courtesy, and understanding in all patient interactions.
  • Effective organization and prioritization skills for managing patient caseloads.
  • Continual marketing efforts to promote your practice.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and take initiative independently, even without direct supervision.

Contract Terms:

  • Independent Contractor.
  • Flexible Scheduling: Office availability on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
  • Compensation: Negotiable 60/40 split for the right candidate.
  • Start Date: September 2023 or negotiable.

We are seeking a compassionate, enthusiastic, and experienced Osteopathic Manual Practitioner who is ready to enhance our growing team. The successful candidate will be:

Key Requirements:

  • Professional Registration: Must be registered with the Ontario Association of Osteopathic Manual Practitioners (OAO).
  • Experience: Possess 2-3 years of hands-on experience in the field of Osteopathy, demonstrating a deep understanding of the principles and techniques of this hands on practice.
  • Insurance: Maintain your own liability insurance to ensure the safety and well-being of our patients.
