Dr. Janine is a Naturopathic Doctor whose goal is to provide patients with strategy so they can thrive. She works to pinpoint where systems are off in the body and teaches and empowers her patients to take charge of their health. She supports a range of ages, but particularly focuses on women’s health and hormones, and supporting new families and children with the foundations for lifelong health. The best healthcare plan is one that feels do-able. Janine creates simple, individualized and gentle treatment plans using clinical nutrition, lifestyle counselling, nutritional and botanical supplements, and acupuncture; to address her patients’ specific needs. She acts as investigator, advocate, and guide through the healthcare system. As a practitioner, Dr. Janine is constantly learning and researching to ensure that she is aware of the latest research and best practices in the field. She deeply cares about her patients, and works hard to understand their needs, goals, and motivation in order to find answers that will work for them as individuals. Dr. Janine is a Guelph local and Mom of three kids. She gets that life is busy, information is everywhere, and time is limited. She wants to provide you with clarity.
