Kristina is very compassionate and has a deep desire to assist others on their path to healing. During her career as a Pilot and Flight Instructor at Seneca College that she became interested in exploring holistic modalities for her own health and wellness. It was on this journey when she discovered a love of Reiki. This led her to comprehensively study and complete her Reiki Master, Seichem Master, Golden Dragon Level 7, and teacher certifications in 2007 and 2008. Kristina has been a stay at home mother to her two children for the last 8 years while also developing her Reiki practice. Kristina is very excited to be a part of the team at Robin’s Nest and to support clients in optimizing their health and wellness.
My Approach
My approach to treatment is holistic in that I work to activate the innate self-healing power of the mind and body through energy flow. Each session considers each individuals’ particular needs. Reiki can be practiced hands-on using light, appropriate touch, or by working in the energy fields of the body with little or no physical contact.
What to expect
- Deep relaxation and release of stress and tension from the body
- Promotion of emotional release
- Quieting of mental chatter and an increased sense of calm
