Kyle became interested in massage therapy after being helped by a sports kinesiologist. He hopes to help his clients in the same way. Kyle is a registered massage therapist, he graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in Cambridge. He works with his clients to create a treatment plan that works best for them. He focuses on postural improvements and corrections to help alleviate common pains and soreness from work and everyday activities.
My Approach
My approach is to identify what is causing your primary complaint. I work with my clients to find repetitive actions that my be affecting them and find new ways to prevent further damage. I provide stretching and strengthening exercises that fit into your schedule to help improve posture, range of motion, and to decrease pain and muscle soreness.
What to expect
- Review Health history and address primary complaints
- Most of my testing is performed during treatment, some special orthopedic testing prior to treatment
- Massage treatment followed by home care activities to work on
