Natasha is a Holistic Nutritionist, mother to an incredible son and is passionate about helping women and their families live healthy happy lives. Her goal is to help educate and empower others so that they can take control of their health and well-being. Through natural nutrition consulting and the use of evidence based research, Natasha creates unique plans to address the bio-individuality of each her clients. Incorporating the power of whole foods, she makes it simple for you to know what to eat and has a special love for plant-based/vegetarian eating. By creating a holistic health plan that honors the physical, emotional, environmental & spiritual aspects of life, she will help you stay accountable by providing support, motivation and inspiration for whatever it is you’d like to achieve. Natasha is also a member of the Canadian Association of Natural Nutrition and also works part-time has a Holistic Nutritionist at a local Natural Dispensary in Guelph
My Approach
As a Holistic Nutritionist, Natasha takes a holistic approach in working with her clients to achieve success by acknowledging the physical, emotional, social & environmental aspects of life. Through natural nutrition consulting she creates unique plans that include nutrition, supplement, education and lifestyle modifications that empower clients towards self-healing, increased health and maximized vitality. Her compassion for meeting people where they are in their journey coupled with her personal health experience pre and post baby, allow her to address the root cause of health challenges. Areas I would focus on are digestion, fertility, plant-based eating, stress/anxiety, preventative health, meal planning for individuals, toddler/kids and families, to name a few.
