My Approach

Dr. Robin meets patients where they are and works together with them to help optimize their health.

The initial appointment is a very comprehensive intake where all aspects of health are discussed. From there a reasonable step wise treatment plan is developed. Patients are encouraged to share their feedback at follow-up appointments so that together any obstacles and set backs can be worked out.

What to expect

  • An initial visit is 60-70 minutes in which all details of a patient’s health story including their specific health concerns are covered. This includes questions related to other body systems that affect the way they are feeling: sleep, digestion, diet, stress, mood, hormones, nutrient levels and more.
  • Blood work is reviewed, along with the current list of supplements and medications, treatment priorities are discussed.
  • Together a feasible treatment plan is developed that supports optimal health and improves the primary health concerns.
