Osteopathic Manual Practitioner
My Approach
- With a deep respect for the body’s natural ability to self-heal & self-regulate when it’s given the right support, my approach is hands-on, gentle, and collaborative. I work with your body, not against it.
- I take the time to listen to your story, understand how your symptoms fit into your life, and tailor each treatment to what you need that day. My goal is to help you move more freely and feel more at home in your body.
What to expect
- A thorough intake and discussion of your health history and goals
- A whole-body assessment of how your structure, movement, and function interact to contribute to asymmetry and dysfunction (fully clothed, comfortably on a treatment table)
- Treatment should feel safe, grounded, and empowering. Not rushed or one-size-fits-all, with clear, supportive communication
