Registered Health & Exercise Practitioner & Nutrition Consultant

My Approach

Siobhan’s approach focuses on understanding what is already working in your life and identifying areas where supportive movement and nutrition can help improve overall well-being. Rather than relying on restrictive changes, she believes in building habits that support the body as a whole system. Her goal is to help clients feel confident making long-term lifestyle changes while knowing they have support every step of the way.
