My Approach
My approach is collaborative, interwoven with sincere caring and open-mindedness.
Together, you and I will work as a team, combining your lived experience and awareness of your own body with my experience and knowledge in anatomy, physiology, pathology, nutrition, biochemistry and clinical-based assessments of the human body, to help you improve your health and well-being, as well as enhancing your quality of life.
I am committed to using evidence-based information and the latest research to provide you with the highest quality care and herbal remedies in Guelph. My goal is to empower and support you, whilst using effective, practical strategies and making my recommendations “doable.”
What to expect
- In the initial 90-minute consultation, we will extensively discuss your current health concerns and then review your medical history, supplements or medications, lifestyle, stress levels, what you're currently eating and any digestive symptoms, etc. so I have a complete picture of your current and past health.
-
After the intake, I provide you with personalized recommendations, including custom-formulated herbal remedies (ex. tea, tinctures, or topical), nutritional strategies, vitamins or supplements, and/or lifestyle changes, which will be sent to you via email. These recommendations are tailored to fit within your lifestyle as much as possible and include a step-by-step approach to help guide and support you to experience your best possible health.
You are welcome (and encouraged) to reach out at any time — I am here to answer your questions.
