Overview
Are you looking to have an optimal labour, birth and postpartum experience? Our Robin’s Nest doula provide exceptional care to families in the childbearing years. We assist you in feeling empowered, informed and supported throughout the entire process of pregnancy, labour and birth. Offering a unique, customized support role for your family, we will ensure that your needs are always heard and that we are by your side no matter what the situation. Your team will always provide you with the most up-to-date resources and the most compassionate emotional and physical support – we are here to provide personalized support for you!
Birth Support Package 1 – $1200
- Ideal for new parents
- Three prenatal appointments (virtual/in person) two hours each
- On-call support starting at 38 weeks
- Continuous support from active labour, during birth and present up to two hours after birth
- Two postnatal appointments (virtual/in person) two hours each
- Resources and referrals will be recommended/provided as necessary
- A birth story
Birth Support Package 2 – $1000
- Ideal for experienced parents and returning clients
- Two prenatal appointments (virtual/in person) two hours each
- On-call support starting at 38 weeks
- Continuous support from active labour, during birth and present up to two hours after birth
- Two postnatal appointments (virtual/in person) two hours each
- Resources and referrals will be recommended/provided as necessary
- A birth story
Birth Support Package 3 – $600
- Educational and informational support package
- Two prenatal appointments (virtual/in person) two hours each
- Two postnatal appointments (virtual/in person) two hours each
- Resources and referrals will be recommended/provided as necessary

Irena Nikoloska, is a birth and postpartum Doula. She provides emotional and physical support to expecting parents during pregnancy, labour and early postpartum; and assists new parents with breastfeeding challenges. Labour should be a pleasant experience and she works closely with expecting parents to bring them the most joy and to simply thrive during these challenging and exciting time of their lives.

In-Person Workshop hosted by Rupinder Sadhra, January 12th, from 6:00 – 8:00 pm
Our IBCLC Lactation Consultant-led class will give you the best start on your breastfeeding journey.
Learn the skills to breastfeed your baby comfortably and confidently to alleviate any stressors that may occur when the baby arrives.
Some topics we will discuss:
- What are your goals and expectations?
- How do you build your dream support team?
- We will explore the most common problems during breastfeeding in the first hours/days after birth.
- We are preparing for any breastfeeding challenges that may arise.
- Giving you and your support partner(s) the confidence to be aware of what a breastfeeding journey may look like

Demonstration and presentation, including Q&A and open discussion
