Bowen Therapy
Overview
Bowen therapy is a series of moves done by the practioner at specific point of the body. Bowen moves are done across the fibers of the body structure. Following the moves there is a resting period where the practitioner will exit the space to allow the client to assimilate the move. The combination of moves followed by rest periods stimulates the body to heal itself.
