Here at Robin’s Nest Family Care, you can call our clinic or book an appointment online with our Case Manager Erin to complete a free 20 minute intake. Together, she will help guide you to the service(s) and practitioner(s) that can best support your needs.

This service helps to:

  • Act as a first point of contact for all incoming healthcare related questions
  • Triage new clients by assessing their situation and connecting them to the most appropriate practitioners.
  • Explain the benefits of new treatment options.
  • Best serve clients/patients by remaining a neutral point of contact to discuss health care goals and have questions answered.
