Overview

Using simple mindfulness strategies, I help you achieve a calm and curious state that helps facilitate personal growth. I help you hone in on whatever goal or issue has led you to seek out a life coach. Together we work incrementally towards your goal using acupoint tapping as the catalyst to gently shift whatever barriers are currently keeping the ideal out of reach. I track your progress and help you refocus as needed in a welcoming and attentive way.

  • As someone who has worked in the helping professions for decades, I love helping people connect with their natural resources and discover new levels of well-being and happiness. I am a certified life coach with extensive training in acupoint tapping and have spent many years studying, practicing and teaching mindfulness techniques. I create different combinations of all these approaches according to your needs and goals.
